Days Inn by Wyndham High Level

The room was clean; the jacuzzi is big and awesome; the bed was comfortable and big. The check in staff member was super nice and professional, and Justine, the check out staff member was too. Note, there’s no elevator and the stairs are a bit weird to climb/descend—no big deal though.

This is the place to stay when you are in town. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. They have rooms that are ground level with outside doors and inside doors for convenience. They are quiet. The staff are amazing day and night and are always there to greet you with a smile.

Stayed last night, was welcomed by Anju in a true gesture in the front office, appreciate her hospitality. Room was clean but bit too warm. Body wash empty in the disposable bottle in the bathroom but linen clean n crisp. The complimentary breakfast is served in BW hotel but worth the travel. Wyndham reward members acknowledged at the property. Will stay again n recommended

I recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham High Level and had a wonderful experience thanks to the front desk staff. • Anju (PM shift) was very welcoming and professional. She checked me in smoothly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel comfortable right away after a long trip. Her friendly attitude really stood out. • Justine (AM shift) was equally impressive. he helped me during check-out with great efficiency and a warm smile. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and gave me helpful tips before leaving. Both Anju and Justine showed genuine care for guests and provided excellent customer service. It’s rare to meet such attentive and kind staff. They truly made my stay more pleasant, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I was not happy the AC was unavailable because it is apparently "winter" already but the staff here are so awesome I was able to adapt to the 21c and get to sleep. Shout-out to Anju(if I remember) and the east Indian guy they made my stay here otherwise extremely pleasant and would come back 100%

Hotel reception staff allowed me to use a room to pray during Ramadan as I was stuck on M25 due to a road accident. The staff member was very friendly and I would definitely stay here in the future. Excellent service, thank you again.

Great location for quick stops in High Level. My dogs enjoy the area, and the fact that I can park outside my room makes it so much easier to take my dogs out to pee! Always clean, usually fairly quiet. Seems to be popular with families, so there can sometimes be the sounds that comes with that. Personally kids don't bother me, but I know that can be a factor for some. The rooms are pretty sound proof, but kids can be loud. I do think it's a good sign if families routinely stay at a particular hotel. It tends to speak of the safety and quality of the hotel :)

One night stop, the room was clean and the fireplace make it nice and warm on a super cold day. Breakfast was ok, but the service made it great!
